Sarah Spayd is a native of Milton, Florida, a peaceful town near the white sands of Pensacola Beach. She is the daughter of Timothy and Karen Spayd, who have faithfully nurtured her love for God and music from an early age. A proud graduate of the University of Florida, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design and is currently completing her Master of Architecture at UF. Though her academic background is rooted in design, her passions have always been anchored in worship and ministry.
Having grown up in the church and served in ministry all her life, Sarah has recently embraced a new journey as a worship leader. She has led worship on several teams across Florida and now brings her gifts to Cross Point Church as Co-Worshipper. She is also a songwriter, with two original worship songs—“There” and “Never Known”—available on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Music. Her passion lies in creating spaces—spiritually through worship and physically through design—where people can encounter God in life-changing ways.
Beyond ministry and music, Sarah enjoys painting and drawing, fi nding creative inspiration in the natural world that God created. She looks forward to one day designing and building churches across the United States and around the world, as the Lord opens those doors. More recently, her life has been grounded in the promise of Romans 4:20: “No unbelief made him waver concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong in his faith as he gave glory to God.” Sarah Spayd is expectant and excited for what God has in store in this new season at Cross Point Church.
